Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Qatar and to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Delivery estimates are as follows:
- Domestic (Qatar): 2–5 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. ROVEXA NEXA is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, then please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
